Each contract starts with an assessment of the facilities: the number of toilets, urinals and sinks, the footfall, and the hours the washrooms are in use. From that we agree a schedule, the tasks covered at each visit and how consumables are replenished.
Cleaning follows a checklist for each washroom, and checks are recorded so you can see when the facilities were last cleaned and by whom. Maintenance concerns such as leaks or broken fittings are reported back to you.
Services for regulated environments, such as healthcare settings, are subject to appropriate training, procedures and contractual requirements agreed before work begins.

- Cleaning frequency, from one-off to several visits a day
- Condition, for deep cleaning

- Site requirements such as access and working hours
A fixed monthly price for your site.
Regular cleaning is quoted as a monthly price, worked out from your weekly visits across the year (52 weeks ÷ 12 months). Extra visits on the same day are shorter maintenance or inspection visits, so they cost less than a full clean.

Who we are
Riverside Washroom Services ("we", "us") provides commercial washroom cleaning services in Coventry and the West Midlands. We are the data controller for personal information submitted through this website. Registered company details will be published here once registration is complete.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number, business address and postcode, details of your premises and the services you are interested in, and anything you choose to include in free-text fields.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange site surveys, prepare quotations and, if you become a customer, to deliver and manage our services. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Customer records are kept for the duration of the contract and as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our business, under appropriate data protection terms, or where required by law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, and ask for a copy in a portable format.
